Terms of Use: GWiZ™ ERP Hub
The GWiZ™ ERP Hub is G Wiz Software Solutions Inc.’s internal system for client accounts, subscriptions, invoicing, support and our Google Workspace and developer tools. These terms apply to everyone who signs in to it. Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information in the Hub is handled, where it is stored and processed, and how to ask for access, a copy, correction or deletion.
1. Who may use the Hub
Only people GWiZ™ has given an account. By signing in you confirm you are that person. Access ends when your work with GWiZ™ ends or when GWiZ™ withdraws it.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in and passkeys private. Do not share your account or connected Google account with anyone.
- Some sensitive actions (connecting or syncing QuickBooks Online, exporting financial reports, and changing passwords, passkeys, roles or connected accounts) ask you to confirm with your passkey or password if your last sign-in was more than five minutes ago. This is deliberate.
- Tell an administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Client information
- Use client information only to serve that client, and only the parts your role needs. Never use one client’s information for another.
- Keep client information confidential, during and after your work with GWiZ™.
- Do not enter health information or government identifiers (such as Social Insurance Numbers or health card numbers). The Hub refuses fields with those names; do not work around that.
- Do not try to reach data or functions your role does not allow, or to test the Hub’s security without written permission.
4. The Gemini assistant
The assistant’s drafts can be wrong; check them before you rely on or send them. Do not paste passwords, keys, payment details or personal information you do not need into it. How it handles what you type is set out in section 6 of the Privacy Notice.
5. Connected services
The Hub works with Google Workspace, Google Cloud Vertex AI, QuickBooks Online, Stripe and, for sign-in, Microsoft. Those services’ own terms also apply to your use of them. Changes or outages at those providers can affect Hub features, and GWiZ™ is not responsible for them. Whoever connects or syncs QuickBooks Online must be authorized to do so and should review the results in QuickBooks.
6. Availability, changes and liability
We work to keep the Hub available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend or retire features. To the extent the law allows, GWiZ™ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the Hub’s unavailability or from errors in third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under employment law, your contract with GWiZ™, or privacy law. We will post changes to these terms here and update the date above.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
